Refund Policy

Overview

The Institute of Chinese Culture ("ICC") issues refunds for withdrawals at the end of the semester. Refunds are subject to a prorated schedule based on the date of withdrawal.

Refunds are processed at the end of the semester. To request a withdrawal, please contact ICC in writing at icchouston.info@gmail.com or call 713-339-1992. The withdrawal date used to determine the refund amount is the date your written request is received.

Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees, late fees, and materials fees are non-refundable once a registration has been approved.
